Where was the 'Hamilton Library' in THE DEEP?

THE DEEP 's 'Hamilton Library' scene was filmed inside the Queen's Exhibition Hall at the National Museum of Bermuda, 1 The Keep, Sandys MA 01, Bermuda . There really is a Bermuda National Library in Hamilton, Bermuda, but  THE DEEP  made their 'Hamilton Library' inside the Queen's Exhibition Hall. Two 'Hamilton Library' scenes were filmed but only one appears in the final cut of the film. That scene opens with David ( Nick Nolte ) looking over 'Treece's Treasure' while Gail ( Jacqueline Bisset ) tries to identify the mysterious medallion from the wreck of the Goliath .  "OPN means Ora Pro Nobis, pray for us, and SC I can't find in any of these" (Source Sony Pictures ) The deleted scene appears in the extended TV version and includes Eli Wallach's wife Anne Jackson as the librarian who directs David and Gail to St. David's Island. Where did Kevin and Ronald have their outboard motor fight in THE DEEP?

Kevin  ( Robert Tessier ) and Ronald's ( Earl Maynard ) outboard motor fight was filmed inside the Bermuda Department of Environmental Protection, Marine Resources Section cottage at  3 Coney Island Road, Saint George, Bermuda, CR 04 . The fight between Kevin and Ronald occurs late in the film but a deleted scene in the  extended TV version  shows  David ( Nick Nolte ) and Gail ( Jacqueline Bisset ) walking through the cottage before they meet Kevin at what the novel called "Kevin's lunch". Did THE DEEP film at Mangrove Bay Public Wharf?

David ( Nick Nolte ) and Gail ( Jacqueline Bisset ) first meet Adam Coffin at  Mangrove Bay Public Wharf  which is at the end of Cambridge Road in Somerset Village.  Most people never notice the rusty old winch on the edge of Mangrove Bay Public Wharf.  'Coffin's winch' at Mangrove Bay Public Wharf (Photo Ben Hartley and Google Maps ) But fans of The Deep know this is where Romer Treece ( Robert Shaw ) showed Adam Coffin ( Eli Wallach ) the ampule David and Gail had found.  Eli Wallach works the Mangrove Bay winch while Teddy Tucker cameos as the Harbour Master (Source Sony Pictures ) This scene also contained cameos by people linked to Peter Benchley's novel and an acknowledgement of Mangrove Bay's role in maritime exploration.  Teddy Tucker  cameos as the wharf Harbor Master. Where was Jacqueline Bisset kidnapped in THE DEEP?

THE DEEP mobylette chase , that ended with Jacqueline Bisset  (as Gail Berke) being kidnapped, was filmed at 10 unconnected Bermuda locations which, when edited together, gave the impression of a linear journey. (Photographer  Keith Hamshere ) If Gail Berke ( Jacqueline Bisset ) and David Sanders ( Nick Nolte ) had left the real St. David's Island, they would be travelling west but  their mopeds  are filmed travelling east in the opposite direction. This is the correct direction of travel for characters coming from the St. David's Lighthouse set at Coney Island. The Coney Island set can be seen in the distance after the  Commer truck pulls out from behind the old gua
